eMail Bounce Handler can retrieve and process bounces directly from your IMAP or POP mailboxes or by dragging and dropping e-mail messages to the application.

eMail Bounce Handler is able to process bounce messages from all kind of sources like your local files, both remote and local mailboxes, plain text drops and from the clipboard. In the case of remote access eMail Bounce Handler gives support for both the POP and the IMAP protocols, retrieving bounce messages and keeping any other message untouched. Once your bounce messages have been processed you get a list of "dead" email addresses you can export in order to clean your original list or to try to send your message again.

eMail Bounce Handler starts downloading everything from your POP or IMAP mailbox processing all the messages to find out whether they are bounces or not, extracts addresses, deletes them and keeps all other messages untouched. Once your bounce messages have been processed you will get your list of "dead" email addresses. You can then export it in order to clean your original list or to try to send your message again. If you use Maxprog Bulk Mailer, you can name your file "DELETE" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" and drop it over MaxBulk Mailer recipient list . All addresses from the file will be removed or unsubscribed from the list in a snap!

Wow! This is possibly the best $20 I have ever spent! - I sent out an email newsletter and forgot to set up the bounce handling correctly, which resulted in me getting 300+ bounced emails. Using Thunderbird on the Mac I created a folder to keep them all in, but then of course I was faced with opening 300 emails, copying out the email address and giving them to an administrator to process in our CRM system. Using eMail Extractor I got the list of email addresses in 10 secs flat.
